Anne Stuart's "Breathless" - #3 in the House of Rohan series
Despite the rather awful beginning (the abduction and rape of the heroine by a stooge of the hero) the book is actually very entertaining, thanks to the wonderful character of the heroine and her handling of the villain/hero. Not a trace of Stockholm Syndrome, thank goodness. The secondary romance is pretty cheesy and almost seemed like filler to me, though.
