What Happens in London - Julia Quinn

This book is the romance equivalent of an old Jerry Seinfeld show - lots of amusing parts, but basically nothing there in terms of story or romance. In Jerry Seinfeld's case, the nothingness was the whole point of the show (and it was brilliant), but for this book, I don't know - maybe Julia Quinn had some ideas for humorous scenes that she wanted to use and spun a bit of a romance, along with some spy nonsense, to sort of assemble them into a book. Didn't work for me.
